By purchasing or using a Host & Stay gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Host & Stay gift vouchers are for one-time use only and are non-transferable. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash in part or in full. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
To redeem a voucher, bookings must be made directly with Host & Stay. Please provide your unique voucher number during the booking process. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced, so please keep your voucher safe and make a copy for your records. Any unused balance after a single booking cannot be carried over or transferred to another voucher, reservation, or person. Gift vouchers apply to the cost of accommodation only. Any additional expenses, such as travel, food, or activities, are the responsibility of the guest. All bookings made using a voucher are subject to property availability at the time of booking. Host & Stay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
